We have decided to cancel the meeting because of the Coronavirus Pandemic as the health and well-being of our members and guests is of utmost importance.
Join us on Wednesday, March 25 to hear Nick Lingenfelter, VP of Development of PLK Communities discuss the former US Playing Card property since the company acquired it in November, 2019, and is currently working remediate the site with selective demolition.
Nick will discuss PLK’s vision for the site that includes:
- Welcoming to all residents of Norwood by creating a community gathering place.
- Create a Mixed Generational, Mixed-Use, Development
- Three price points of quality living options. Minimum of 300 apartments plus 100+/- (55+) residential units
- Target retail that is unique to Norwood and Cincinnati.
Our presenter, Nick Lingenfelter, has an extensive background with complex real estate structures completing almost $2.9 billion dollars in projects in 10 states, both as a banker and developer. He has significant experience in Tax Credit Financing, TIF’s, Bonds, Brownfield Redevelopments, Historic Redevelopments and ground up new construction. At PLK Nick focuses on site identification, planning, entitlements, project vision and end design.
